Lanes now open on Blanding Boulevard after crash

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Three people were rushed to the hospital after a traffic crash on Jacksonville’s Westside Friday afternoon, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
Police say as of 4:45 p.m. all lanes heading northbound Blanding Boulevard were blocked near Cedar Hills Boulevard. Those lanes have since reopened.
The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department says the crash involved one person confirmed trapped and a Diesel leak requiring the hazmat team.
